Paul Glusman, Attorney at Law

The Law Office of Paul Glusman

Alameda County Courthouse

There are many types of problems with employment. Perhaps you were unfairly denied a job. Perhaps you were terminated. Maybe you were demoted. It might be that you were wrongly denied a promotion. Or, at work, you may have been subjected to derogatory comments about your race, age, sex, sexual orientation, disability or national origin. Your supervisor or co-workers may even have touched you in an offensive and troubling way and your employer will not do anything about it. Or, your employer may have denied you leave for a serious illness or an illness in the family. An employer may have not allowed you to work with a disability, or insisted that you work with a disability when you cannot and need some sort of accommodation or help performing your job duties so that you can work. An employer might not have paid you for the time you worked, paid you overtime when required, or given you required meal and rest breaks.
